Business Certification Process

Joining the NoCO2 Certification Program follows a simple, five step process:

1.ASSESS: Measuring the footprint of your business is critical if you are to make any substantial and credible environmental claims about your organisation. Read about the audit approach and data collection process for your business here

2.COMMIT: Once you receive the emissions report, you commit to reducing and offsetting your companies carbon emissions

3.REDUCE: Along with the reduction strategies outlined in your assessment report, we will send you tools and resources to reduce your footprint immediately and educate your staff, clients and stakeholders including logos, posters, stickers and other point-of-sale materials

4.MONITOR: Once you certify, we do not ‘set-and-forget’. We work with your organisation on an ongoing basis to monitor and manage your footprint. We check in with you quarterly and do a regular re-audit to ensure your certification stays on track

5.PROMOTE: The more you want to promote your certification, the more we can help you. You can increase sales, profitability and improve your company image through marketing your climate change action. We work alongside you to assist with media, internal and external communications, industry recognition and promotion to our other clients to help you get the most value out of your certification
